PARENTS BEWARE: KETAMINE LURING TEENS IN 'PERFECT' STORM'

Teens worldwide are turning to illicit doses of ketamine to tune out of life's struggles.

The addictive drug's low price, ease of availability and mental numbing effects appeal to many.

 "
What we are seeing is a perfect storm," an expert tells the BBC. "We have more young people struggling with depression, trauma, anxiety, a lack of services - and we have a very cheap street drug that helps them disconnect."

Ketamine users call the state of mental disassociation a "K-hole."
