A SWAT team arrested a suspect in a criminal investigation in Loveland, police said early Tuesday. The operation occurred near the 2600-block of North Monroe Avenue. The nature of the investigation wasn't disclosed. "The subject involved has been safely apprehended. There is no active shelter in place and no threat to the community," police said.
