Jamie Gilbert Martinez, 33, suspected of murdering his brother in New Mexico, was arrested in Lakewood, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said Monday. Marinez was apprehended Sunday. His brother, Elijah, 31, died Saturday in Sapello, New Mexico.
