MOTORCYCLIST KILLED IN LOVELAND

A Yamaha motorcycle slammed into a GMC truck turning left in Loveland killing the biker, a 65-year-old man from Wyoming.

The accident occurred Monday at East 29th Street and North Garfield Avenue.

"Preliminary findings indicate the driver of the truck failed to yield the right-of-way, resulting in the fatal collision," police said. "Speed and impairment involving drugs or alcohol do not appear to have contributed to the crash," police said. "The driver of the truck was charged accordingly."
The truck driver is from Loveland.
