WOMAN, 71, CITED AFTER CITY COUNCIL FRACAS

Mary Monahan, 71, was cited for harassment Wednesday following a Greeley City Council meeting, police said. "Following the public comment portion of the meeting, as attendees were exiting, a physical altercation ensued between two attendees outside of the council chambers," police said. The other attendee was identified as a woman, aged 40. The meeting drew a "sizeable crowd" regarding the Catalyst Greeley West project, police said.
