EARTHQUAKE RATTLES ELBERT COUNTY

An earthquake rattled Elbert County. The 3.0 temblor was centered near Black Forest. No damage was reported. No one was hurt. The quake struck just before 7 p.m. Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
