The driver of a Honda Civic accused of attempting to pass a semi-truck on the right shoulder of Highway 115 lost control, struck a concrete barrier, slammed into the big rig - and plunged down an embankment, the Colorado State Patrol said. The Honda driver was injured in Wednesday's wreck in El Paso County.
