Matthew Impellitteri, 56, was arrested as a suspect in a road rage shooting that critically injured a person in Jefferson County, the sheriff's office said Thursday. The suspect - who resides near the scene of Tuesday's shooting on Highway 285 - faces charges of attempted first degree murder. "We identified a potential suspect shortly after the incident, but investigators needed additional information to move forward with an arrest," the sheriff's office said.
