CORONER REPORTS ON KAYLEE RUSSELL TRAGEDY

Missing Kaylee Russell died of blunt force trauma and exposure to the cold, the Larimer County Medical Examiner's Office said Monday.

Russell, 20, of Evans, was found inside her wrecked auto, which crashed and sank in a canal along Larimer County Road 1 in Timnath on Dec. 4.

Authorities had launched an extensive search and appealed to the public for help.

Russell went missing on Nov. 29 and the medical examiner said she probably died the next day.
