Ella Cromwell, 20, has been charged with vehicular homicide and drunken driving in a weekend crash that fatally injured a woman in another auto in Lakewood, police said Tuesday.
"Multiple parties were ejected" in the two-vehicle crash at Kipling Street and the West 6th Avenue Frontage Road early Sunday, and the fatally injured woman succumbed days later in hospital, police said.
