Police arrested a "drunk and drugged out" mom driving with the hammer down at 92 mph - and a baby in the back seat on Highway 2 in Commerce City.

She nearly crashed head-on into a police car, too. "Even more disturbing - she was on her way to pick up a second child from school while intoxicated and high on marijuana," police said.
