Using cell phone pings, the FBI and Wyoming state troopers tracked and arrested two men transporting a missing 15-year-old Montana girl across the state line on I-25. The rescue occurred near Douglas on Nov. 22, the Wyoming Highway Patrol said. They were traveling to Oklahoma. The teen returned home.
