MAN, 77, ARRESTED AFTER STANDOFF

Police arrested David Martin, 77, after a standoff in Monte Vista, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said. He is accused of shooting a woman in the arm. The incident occurred Saturday on Second Avenue in the Rio Grande County community.
