RETRIAL ORDERED IN STAUCH MURDER CASE

The state appeals court ordered a re-trial Thursday for Letecia Stauch in the murder of her 11-year-old stepson, the Denver Post reported. The panel ruled the Colorado Springs woman's lawyers were unable to dismiss a biased juror, the Post said.
