Three AWOL bulls wandered into open space bordering the Cobblestone neighborhood in Castle Rock. Fortunately, their excursion ended peacefully. "Some days you need to take the bull by the horns," police said of Friday's incident. On social media, a resident said an animal welfare officer "did a great job keeping them from breaking into our veggie gardens."
