Here's K9 Deputy "Guster" joining other members of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office at a briefing.
Guster is 2 years old and likes food (any and all) and dog toys, his colleagues report.
As Sergeant Phil Esterhaus's (played by actor Michael Conrad on HTV's "Hill Steet Blues") would say at morning roll call: "Let's be careful out there."
