NEEDS A SMOKE: MASKED COUNTER JUMPER SNAGS CIGARETTES

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of cigarette thefts at Walgreens stores in Highlands Ranch by a masked, counter jumper.

He is described as black, about 5-foot-10, average build, carrying a reusable bag or backpack, officials said. The cigarette thefts occurred from April to August, between 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. [Photos: Douglas County Sheriff's Office]
