UPDATE
High winds are forecast to crash into the Denver area, prompting Red Flag warnings - and raising the possibility of power cuts to avert wildfires.
Xcel Energy posted this message on social media:
"Evolving weather forecasts from Sunday for Monday include very high winds, low humidity and dry vegetation. "As a public safety measure to prevent wildfires, we are evaluating the potential need to proactively turn off power for customers in Adams, Boulder, Jefferson and eastern Denver counties, starting on Monday, Oct. 20, at around 11 a.m."
Officials later said power cuts were unlikely.
