Released from prison after receiving clemency, disgraced Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters is now subject to parole restrictions, according to state corrections department records.
She was imprisoned for election tampering. Her maximum release date is July 10, 2028. Peters is 70.
A parole violation could result in a return to prison.
