FIGHT LARGE BRUSH FIRE NEAR AIRPORT

Aurora firefighters extinguished a brush fire that scorched three acres of parched land Saturday at North Monaghan Road and East 24th Avenue, near the perimeter of Denver International Airport. There were no injuries, officials said.
