The youth, who has a butterfly tattoo on her right hand, was last seen at 7:20 p.m. in the vicinity of 300 Grey Rock Street wearing gray pants, a black shirt and a black backpack.
Heredia has a "cognitive impairment," CBI said in a Missing Endangered Alert. Cognitive impairment can refer to the ability to think and reason, according to Stanford University.
