In yet another budget cut, financially strapped Denver city government is cutting hours of its 311 municipal phone line - for services such as trash pickup and auto registration - to 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, the city announced Monday. The hours had been 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
