Police are attempting to locate little Nayeli Ruthann Lacour Lujan, 9 months, believed to be with her mother, Janiyah Alexsia Lacour, 15. They were last seen Nov. 25 on Webb Drive in Colorado Springs, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said in a missing persons alert.
