HABITUAL DIALER: 911 CALLER ARRESTED FOR HARASSMENT
A man who made more that 150 calls to the Pueblo police emergency line in one day has been arrested after officers found a warrant for his arrest on charges of placing harassing, threatening and obscene phone calls.
