POLICE ARREST DENVER HIT & RUN SUSPECT

Raul Villa Martinez, 18, has been arrested as a suspect in the New Year's Eve hit-and-run death of a pedestrian in the vicinity of Federal Boulevard and Arizona Avenue in Denver, police said Wednesday.
