Maribel Zavala, 24, was charged with careless driving resulting in death, in a crash that killed a 5-year-old child traveling in her car in Greeley, police said Friday.
They didn't disclose their relationship.
The accident - involving two autos and a semi-truck - occurred on Dec. 29 at the intersection of Highway 85 and 22nd Street, according to police.
