AVALANCHE KILLS PERSON NEAR VAIL PASS

A snowmobiler died in an avalanche near Vail Pass, the Colorado Avalanche Information Center said. Their body was found Sunday after being reported missing Saturday. "The avalanche was about two feet deep," officials said.
