UPDATE
An auto crashed into a garage Tuesday, killing the driver and igniting a fire that scorched a house and left a cottonwood tree smoldering in Loveland.
The freak accident occurred at the intersection of East 29th Street and North Madison Avenue. The auto was traveling eastbound on 29th at about 7:30 p.m. Police said: "The incident does not appear criminal in nature." [Photos: Loveland Fire Authority]
