Olsen - who was under the influence of drugs - broke into the downtown venue and "at gunpoint stole keys to the building from a security guard, started a fire on the seventh floor and then fired his gun several times through the building’s windows," the DA's office said. The court's fire sprinkler system flooded parts of the building. According to the terms of the plea agreement, Olsen faces up to 14 years in prison for the Jan 2, 2024 attack.
