UPDATE
Members of Adams County Fire Rescue and the South Adams County Fire Department have joined the fierce battle against the 14,000-acre Turner Gulch wildfire on the Western Slope. Meantime, West Metro Fire Rescue said Wednesday it is sending firefighters.
