UPDATE

A pedestrian was killed by an auto at I-70 eastbound and I-225 southbound early Friday, Denver police said. 

"The pedestrian was a passenger in a vehicle that had stopped and they were retrieving an item that had fallen from the vehicle," police said.
In other overnight incidents, two people were shot and injured in the 7100-blocks of Leetsdale Drive, and a person was stabbed and injured in the 3900-block of North Colorado Boulevard.
