FAREWELL TO SHERIFF'S LOVEABLE PONY 'LOVE BUG'

The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office said miniature therapy horse Love Bug died Tuesday of internal bleeding. Love Bug often accompanied the sheriff's Mounted Patrol Unit to community events. "This sweet, gentle mini horse was trained to visit schools, hospitals, and nursing care facilities, providing comfort to those in need," officials said. "Love Bug, thank you for your service. Rest in peace, sweet girl."
