FEDS INDICT 30 SUSPECTED GANGBANGERS

Following a nine-month investigation, 30 suspects - including alleged leaders and members of the violent Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang - have been indicted for a crime spree in Denver and Aurora, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Monday.

Federal agents "
recovered 69 firearms through this operation, including automatic machineguns," officials said. "Many of these firearms have been linked to shootings in Denver and Aurora, including carjackings, robberies, and drive-by shootings."

Two suspects face charges of conspiracy to commit murder for hire.

Others are accused of trafficking
methamphetamine, cocaine and Tusi - a drug originating in Venezuela containing ketamine, methamphetamine and Ecstasy, officials said.
