It's Luna, an eastern screech owl from the Denver Zoo. Eastern screech owls are known for "a distinctive, eerie tremolo that sounds like a horse’s whinny," says the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. "They can also produce a variety of other sounds, including soft trills and hoots."
