A Weld County sheriff's deputy was injured early Wednesday by a semi-truck on southbound I-25, the Colorado State Patrol said.
The deputy's cruiser was parked on the right shoulder after stopping a suspected drunken driver.
The semi ran off the road into a ditch. The semi driver wasn't injured. The state patrol's hazmat unit responded to clean up a fuel leak.
