Diego Jimenez, 26, is wanted as a suspect in the Oct. 24 shooting death of a man in the front yard of a home at East 6th Avenue and Del Mar Circle in Aurora, police said.
The suspect - who faces charged of second-degree murder - and the victim were involved in an "altercation" leading up to the shooting, police said.
Meantime, Sheena Fuentes, 41, has been arrested on suspicion of being an accessory to the crime "due to her actions after the shooting," police said.
