POLICE ISSUE COYOTE WARNING

Police report increased coyote sightings in Wheat Ridge along Clear Creek and Clear Creek Trail, near the Kipling West Trailhead. "Keep your distance and try to haze, or scare off, coyotes if you see them," police say. "Please keep your dogs on a leash at all times."
