State troopers rescued a kidnapped Wisconsin girl during a traffic stop on I-80 and arrested two men, the Wyoming Highway Patrol said. "Using cell phone pings, troopers were able to determine the suspected vehicle was traveling westbound on I-80," officials said of Saturday's rescue near Sinclair.
