COPS SAY SECOND VICTIM DIES OF INJURIES SUFFERED AT MADURO EVENT IN DENVER

UPDATE

Denver police announced Friday a second person has died from gunshot wounds sustained at a Jan. 3 rally celebrating the capture of Venezuelan President Maduro by the U.S. military.


A teenager died in the immediate aftermath. There have been no arrests. A total of four people were shot. 
It isn't known if the shooting was political in nature.

The crime occurred at a parking lot near East Hampton Avenue and South Galena Street, an area frequented by street gangs.

Venezuelan gangsters have been active in the Denver area.
