Police arrested a man and woman sought for a variety of crimes and seized almost 45 grams of methamphetamine in Westminster. The man was also wanted on charges of vehicular eluding and identity theft while the woman was wanted on charges of criminal impersonation and possession of drug paraphernalia, police announced Monday. The arrests occurred at a service station near 72nd Avenue and Lowell Boulevard of New Year's Day. "Officers observed drugs and paraphernalia in plain view inside the vehicle," police said.
