FIRED GUN AT AUTO, MISSED OCCUPANTS, COPS SAY


In Pueblo, police arrested Tykie Schwartz, 21, on charges of attempted murder and contempt of court. He is accused a firing a gun at an auto, missing the occupants but damaging the vehicle on Nov. 28. Schwartz was located Tuesday night.
