Roaring at speeds of up to 130 mph, a Ford Mustang led a pursuing Yuma County deputy across the Kansas state line and eluded capture near St. Francis, the sheriff's office disclosed Thursday. The New Year's Day chase commenced on Highway 385 near Highway 36.
