'OBVIOUSLY HIGH' AND PACKING GUN

In Commerce City, a police sergeant seized a ghost gun, a high-capacity magazine, marijuana and cocaine from an idling auto with "obviously high individuals inside it," officials said Tuesday. A man, 19, was arrested and faces a variety of charges.
