Disgraced Mesa County Clerk and prison inmate Tina Peter was caught on video in a shoving match with another prisoner.
A very brief clip from a surveillance camera appears to show the other inmate pulling Peters through a door at the La Vista Correctional Facility over the weekend. No one was hurt.
Peters, 70, is serving a nine-year sentence for tampering with results of the disputed 2020 presidential vote. She has been pressing for an early release.
In a symbolic gesture, President Trump issued a pardon even though Peters was convicted under state law. The governor's office is reviewing the case.
