The National Weather Service in Pueblo says: "Red Flag Warning is in effect for Lake, Chafee, Teller, Fremont, northern El Paso, Pueblo and Huerfano counties today from 10 AM until 5 PM. Wind gusts up to 45 MPH and relative humidity levels as low as 8 percent is expected."
