Medics revived a patient in cardiac arrest Sunday in rural Lincoln County and summoned a Flight for Life helicopter for transport.
"Through rapid intervention and strong teamwork, the patient achieved ROSC (Return of Spontaneous Circulation)—a powerful outcome made possible by coordinated, life-saving care," the Limon Ambulance Service said.
The chopper landed at the Agate fire station, about 70 miles east of Denver.
"This call is a real-world example of how collaboration between Limon Ambulance, Lincoln Health and Agate Fire EMS strengthens emergency medical care across our region," the ambulance service said. "When seconds matter most, working together makes all the difference."
