Using drones and tracking dogs, police captured Miller after he abandoned a stolen vehicle Wednesday night near Centennial Park in downtown Pagosa Springs, police said. Miller, of Blakesburg, Iowa, is accused of murdering two women found dead Wednesday on a Utah hiking trail and killing another woman at a Utah home.
