A Cherry Hills Village police officer shot a person Thursday night at Swedish Hospital in Englewood, the police department said.
"The suspect who was shot is currently receiving medical care at Swedish," the department said. "No officers were injured."
No other information was provided.
The hospital - now known as HCA HealthONE Swedish - is located at 501 East Hampton Avenue.
The 18th Judicial District's Critical Incident Response Team is leading the investigation.
