The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled against a Colorado law banning conversion therapy for LGBTQ+ children.
The vote was 8-1
Kaley Chiles, a counselor from Colorado Springs, sued under the First Amendment right to free speech, citing her communications with families.
In an interview last year with The Washington Post, Chiles said: “It’s not the way we would operate with addictions and eating disorders and with depression.”
