WINDSOR MAN ARRESTED AS SUSPECT IN BOMB PROBE

Michael Foug, 18, of Windsor, was arrested on a felony charge of possessing bomb parts. Police and federal agents served a warrant at the man's home in the 400-block of 4th Street with the assistance of a SWAT team last Tuesday. "Evidence found during the search of Foug's residence established probable cause for his arrest," Windsor police said. He was arrested without incident Thursday on a charge of Possession of Explosive or Incendiary Device Parts, Class 5 felony.
